  • Tell us about Rinnovare, its history as a company, and the main services offered.
    • Rinnovare was founded in 2018 by Jim and Sandy Forbes, lifelong entrepreneurs, with a goal to raise the bar in Post Tension Construction and build a company based on service and giving.
    • Rinnovare offers turnkey Post Tension concrete packages for multi-family projects.  The main focus is garden style apartments along with some light podium work.
  • What projects are you most excited about right now and why?
    • We are always excited to serve our clients in the multi-family area! We are looking forward to the Twin Lakes project starting late December in the Raleigh area.  We are excited to be doing a podium/garage wrap project and see more of this type of work in the future.
  • What areas does Rinnovare mainly serve?
    • We mainly serve the Raleigh, Charlotte, and Greenville corridor; however we love serving our clients anywhere in the greater Carolinas.
  • How are you different from your competition?
    • With service and adding value as a focus, along with Rinnovare being a family-owned company based on relationships, we are committed to problem solving, and making it a priority to be a partner in the construction process. We want our clients to know we have their back!
  • What are your company’s core values?
    • Rinnovare was created and built on our core values. We say them often and the whole team is committed to live and work by these 5 values:
      • Tenacious
      • Trustworthy
      • Relational
      • Collaborative
      • Growth Minded
  • Any predictions for the fall construction season and as we look into 2022?
    • We are very excited about the multi-family space continuing to grow at an incredible rate as we go into 2022 and are grateful to be booked through the first quarter of 2022. Recent data shows 11,000 multi-family units/year for the next 3 years in the Carolinas. We are glad to be a part of this incredible growth as we bring unique value to our clients.
  • What do you buy the most from NSCS?  Any branch and NSCS associate you work with the most?
    • We buy mostly lumber, rebar and miscellaneous concrete supplies from New South Construction Supply. We work with Chris Daleus as our NSCS Rep. Chris always sources supplies and shops prices for us. He’s a great point of contact no matter where we are working. Our Field superintendent in Raleigh always has great things to say about the guys at the Raleigh branch as well. We appreciate all the support!
  • What should others know about NSCS that they may not know?
    • NSCS is very well represented with many locations across the Carolinas and the NSCS team is always willing to get supplies where we need them. Also, their trucks come with a Moffett forklift on the back, which is a huge convenience for us on the jobsite as they can unload their own trucks and place the materials where we need them. .
